NonProfit Legal Management Assistance Project

The MCEDSV Nonprofit Legal and Management Assistance Program is for coalition members and provides management consultation to eligible member programs. Each member program has access to the Program Director/Attorney for consultation concerning business and employment law matters. The program goal is to educate and prepare agency directors to manage the risk of employment and operational liability, allowing the organization to better serve survivors.
